Q. Is the House of Horrors scary?

A. We are entertaining, but we can also be scary.  After all, isn't that what you are paying for when you come to the House of Horrors?  

Q. What is the Berwick Boys Foundation?

A. The Berwick Boys Foundation is a public Charity (IRS 501(c) 3) which offers year round programs for teenage boys. The Foundation also runs a summer camp on Dyer Island in Maine.  All proceeds from the event benefit the Berwick Boys Foundation.

Q. Where are you located?

A. 335 West Street, West Bridgewater, MA.  Take exit 16B off Route 24 onto Route 106 West (towards Mansfield). Take a right at the lights at Wendy's onto Manley Street. We are across the street after the 4 way stop sign.

Q. When are you open?

A. Starting Oct 10th.  Open Fri. & Sat. Oct 10 & 11; Fri. & Sat. Oct 17 & 18; and Fri. & Sat. Oct 24 & 25. From 6:30pm-10pm each night.

Q. Can I bring the Family?

A. Parents know best!  However, we may not be intended for very small children.

Q. Will the monsters touch us?

A. Do not touch the monsters, and they will not touch you!  Keep in mind that something may accidentally bump into you but our monsters will not intentionally grab you. You could be grabbed by a member of your own group who is terrifically terrified to take another turn.

Q. What is included in the Admission ?

A. The $8 "per victim" admission gets you into the Haunted Walkway, through the frights and delights of the House of Horrors both inside and out, FREE onsite parking, and FREE popcorn if you make it out alive!

Q. Should I bring any extra spending money?

A. You will definitely want to bring spending money to purchase Freaky Photos, Trinkets, Glow Necklaces, or Roach Coach Goodies.

Q. Where do I park?  Does it cost anything to park?

A. Parking is in the rear lot, and is FREE!  Follow the signs from the building to the parking lot and the attendants will direct you to a spot.

Q. How long will it take to go through?

A. Some people say it takes a lifetime....

Q. Can I volunteer to be a monster or help with the House?

A. Yes, please call (508) 586-0059 or email us to make arrangements to volunteer. 

Q. Can I take pictures inside?

A. No, but you have the opportunity to have your picture taken with any of the outside characters, or staged in our Shockin' Coffin or Curse Hearse, for a reasonable fee.  Any inside photography could disturb our lighting effects, may weaken our monsters, or disrupt other customers.

Q. What about the weather?

A. The House of Horrors is still open during inclement weather. In severe weather, you may want to call the House to be sure we are open.

Q. What should I wear?

A. After all, this is New England!  Use your best judgment.  Depending on how long you wait in line, you may want to dress in layers.

Q. OK, I have a FRIEND who couldn't make it through. Can I get THEIR money back?

A. We do have a "no refund" policy. You are paying to be entertained and scared at our attraction.  Once you make it through the door, refunds can not be given.

Q. Why is there a warning to people with certain ailments (pregnant women, asthmatics, epileptics, etc.) that they should take special precautions when going through the house?

A . Although we take every precaution, strobe lights have been known to cause seizures; the use of fog machines could result in asthma attacks, and some motion may not be tolerable for pregnant women.

Q. Is it wheelchair accessible?

A. Yes. A staff member can also be available to accompany you if needed.

Q. Is your attraction the same as last year?

A. No. We are at the same location, but we are not set up the same. Each year we pride ourselves on making our attraction more entertaining than the last by offering different scenes, monsters, chills and thrills!  This year come and celebrate our 26th year of haunting!!

Q. Do you have group discounts?

A. We can offer a $1 discount  for groups of 15.  We will deduct $1 from each ticket price of $8 for each of the 15 people in your group.  *Some groups may be entitled to different discounts, so feel free to call us.

Q. Can I bring my cell phone?

A. Feel free to bring it, but we ask that you either turn it to vibrate or turn it off so as not to disturb other customers. Also, the lights from the phone can ruin some of our lighting effects.
